Organizational structure support specialist in STV group

Specialist in support of the organizational structure.

Purpose of the position: Based on current procedures, HR is responsible for timely updating of the organizational structure in accordance with the changes taking place in the Company in the internal systems, supporting the efficiency and stability of organizational design group processes, as well as participation in personnel management projects to achieve the strategic goals of the department.

Key skills:

• Experience in developing or participating in the development of regulatory documents (instructions, procedures, etc.)
• Rules of oral communication, internal business correspondence
• Experience in preparing analytical data
• Understanding working with personnel reporting documents
• Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) 1C ZUP
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities:

• control of the organization’s staffing according to the Company’s agreed personnel plan;
• management of changes to the Personnel Plan in 1C ZUP;
• support of organizational changes in the organizational structure of the Company;
• updation of documents describing the structure and functions of units;
• support of the FTE calculation process;
• reports by areas of responsibility;
• participation in HR projects of various directions as part of a working group.
