Organizational development expert (regulations, structures, regulations) in Sport Layf

We are looking for an expert in Organizational Development in the management company.

For organizational structure, descriptions, interaction with departments.

Subordination to the owner

Functional duties:

- Description of processes, regulations, standards, procedures, instructions;
- Observation politician;
- Drafting of documents;
- Systematization;
- Conducting procedures (making changes to documents);
- Formation of knowledge base.

Requirements:

- 2 years of work experience as an Organizational Development Manager, Organizational Development HR, Organizational Development Analyst;

- Experience of interaction with department heads;

- Higher education;

- Desire to develop in a large, systemic business.
