The Vinnytsia regional organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCHU) announces a competition for the position of a specialist in organizational development, volunteerism and youth of the Khmilnytskyi district branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross. Requirements for the candidate: Higher education; Experience in public organizations is an advantage; Experience in project activities is an advantage ; Experience in writing grant applications and their implementation will be an advantage; Excellent communication skills; Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail); Fluency in Ukrainian, English will be an advantage; Developed organizational and executive skills; Ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation; Ability to manage a team and correct redistribution of tasks; Ability to learn quickly, attentiveness; Ability to cope with stress and work under time pressure; Ability to prepare and issue reports, meet deadlines; Adherence to the fundamental principles of the Ukrainian Red Cross; Non-disclosure of confidential information. Main duties: Collection of information, formation and transmission of monthly, quarterly, annual, general and final reports; Ensuring proper response to requests within the framework of programs; Together with the Head of the organization, the leader of volunteers, coordination of activities for the development of the organization; Providing methodical and technical support of the team for the implementation of programs; Delegation and redistribution of tasks in the team; Use and implementation of tools for attracting resources at the local level; Coordination and implementation of the MoD development plan; in changing the organizational structure; Implementation and use of staff and volunteer care tools; Involvement of youth in the volunteer team, coordination of volunteer activities; Search and cooperation with youth centers/spaces and other partners in the field of youth development; Performance of administrative functions related to work in this field.
