In the field of organizational development:
- Collects information, forms and transmits monthly, quarterly, annual, general and final reports to the organizational development department;
- Ensures proper response to requests from of the National Committee (NC) on development;
- Together with the chairman and/or volunteer leader, coordinates development activities;
- Provides methodical and technical support to the team;
- Provides answers to inquiries regarding the development of the organization and volunteering and youth;
- Together with the head and leader of volunteers (if available), distributes roles among members of the organization’s team;
- Uses and implements tools for attracting resources at the local level;
- Coordinates and implements the organization’s development plan and reports on the results of its implementation;
- Participates in the implementation of activities that are recorded in the Memorandum and/or other documents regarding this program.
- Performs administrative functions related to work in this area.
Intsarinidevelopment of volunteerism and youth:
- Determines, together with the head of the organization and coordinators of areas (if available), in which areas of activity volunteers will be involved.
- Evaluates the needs of organizations in the sub-departmental territory in volunteers and organizes their involvement together with coordinators of areas of activity (if available).
- Evaluates the needs of organizations in the sub-departmental territory in the implementation of youth programs and initiatives (including educational ones) and coordinates their implementation together with coordinators of areas of activity (if available).
- Prepares a job description for each volunteer program/type of activity together with the relevant coordinator (subject to availability).
- Conducts interviews, selection and confirmation of volunteers according to the areas of activity and relevant coordinators.
- Searches for and provides volunteers with resources for work, including providing them with identification cards, uniforms with Red Cross symbols, necessary personal protective equipment and visibility items.
- Ensures high-quality and timely maintenance of registers of permanent and spontaneous of volunteers, accounting of volunteer hours, other documentation related to the administration of the Organization's volunteers.
- Organizes orientation and training for volunteers: briefings, introductory volunteer course, volunteer management training, organizational and personal development training, other necessary training as needed.
- Organizes volunteer meetings, exchange events experience, measures to support and motivate volunteers.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the organization's work with volunteers and youth.
- Together with a communication specialist (if available), disseminates information about activities in the field of volunteering and youth development to the public and maintains relations with other volunteer and youth organizations.
- Forms, agrees and provides interim and final reports on the development of volunteerism and youth to the development specialist of the Regional Organization and/or the Head of the Organization.
- Cooperates with the volunteer leader of the relevant organization (if available), provides him with methodical and consulting support as needed.
- Performs administrative functions related to work in this area.
