Order Processor (MIA) in UNIMED - Universal Marine Medical

As an Order Processor you will accurately enter and process orders placed by our customers into the system for production / delivery. We're looking for a thoughtful person with a high degree of attention to detail. If you're the type of person who instinctively starts a checklist for a complicated processes you'll fit right in.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform all duties relating to the processing of customer orders with a high degree of accuracy (orders range from basic stock to highly configured)Convert an order from a quote or excel sheet to a sales order in company’s ERP system and ensure completeness and accuracyVerify that all items in the order are in stockKnowledge of common substitutions for items not in stock; able to verify with leaders accordinglyWork with procurement department to determine ETA for any order items not in stock Periodically correspond and communicate with customers - electronically and verbally; to include information such as delivery agent’s details, customer's PO, freight charges, etc Communicate with customers on discrepancies, order conflicts, and shipping delaysCreate SOT for the sales order Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the overall customer experienceWork on open sales deliveries excel fileRequirementsHigh School diploma or GEDExperience with MS Office (Word and Excel)Strong Excel skills, (formulas, vlookup, etc) Must be detail oriented and dependableAbility to work independently Strong verbal and written communicationsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, follow-up and a sense of urgency are requiredMust excel working in a fast-paced environmentMust have excellent customer service skillsExperience with FIFO (First in First Out)Experience using an ERP system a plusBenefitsHealth, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) and Paid Time off Show more Show less Должностной уровень Молодой специалист Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Административная деятельность Отрасли Технологии, информационные средства и Интернет
