Manager of processing orders for a children's online store (USA) in Goodevas

We are Goodevas company, we manufacture / export. / we sell sports goods for children under our brand https://goodevas.com/ to customers abroad (USA and Europe) through our e-commerce and international marketplaces Amazon, Etsy, Shopify Walmart and our website. We are looking for a responsible and efficient Order Processing Manager for our children's online store. The vacancy involves an evening shift (orientated from 3-4 p.m. to 11 p.m.), 80% of the time it is possible to work remotely, but with coming to the office a couple of times a week, at the address Eskvatotna 35. The main duties are as follows: processing orders in a daily mode, sending information to warehouses and delivery services; responses to customer inquiries by e-mail Requirements: desirable experience in costumer-support and customer consultation; high level of written and spoken English - from B2 and above; work experience in Ukrainian or foreign e-commerce is welcome; high level of PC skills, experience in working with google docs, etc.; honesty and decency. willingness to work for results.
