If you are up for a challenge, have EDI experience and are looking to improve your customer service and order processing skills, then this is the job for you.Main Responsibilities:Processing orders from international customers in the accounting database.Entering orders into the database data, parts verification, invoicing, order display in the warehouse program. Providing high-quality customer support via email, chat and phone. Assisting customers with technical and operational issues. Using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) methods to exchange data between customers and the company .Creating reports based on data analysis for internal use and presentations.Cooperation with other company departments to optimize processes and increase productivity.Choosing the appropriate EDI and its implementation.Requirements for the candidate:Experience in a similar position from 1 year.Excellent communication skills, high personal and communication culture, initiative, independence, flexibility and non-standard thinking. Proficiency in EDI methods and experience with data exchange tools. Ability to work with large volumes of data, identify patterns and draw conclusions based on the data obtained.
