Main responsibilities:● Order processing: - entering orders into the company's accounting system, (verification related information: prices, tax rate, etc.), - issuing invoices, - displaying orders in the warehouse program (control of related information: delivery conditions, expiration date, etc.), - preparation of a package of documents for shipment; ● Control of balances and movement of goods in the system;● Use of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) methods for data exchange between clients and the company; ● Introduction of the EDI implementation project;● Creation of reports based on data analysis for internal use;● Communication with the company's sales department to provide a high level of service, process optimization and productivity improvement; Candidate requirements:● Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.● Excellent communication skills, initiative, independence, flexibility and unconventional thinking, the ability to find solutions to non-standard situations. accounting system (SAP, C1, Comarch, or others).● Ability to work with large volumes of data, identify patterns and draw conclusions based on the data obtained.● Knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than Intermediate.● Willingness to learn and improve.
