As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient picking of products for customer orders. AB-Recruitment provides individuals with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to the timely delivery of orders to our clients.As an Order Picker at AB-Recruitment, you will be responsible for locating and selecting products from designated storage areas, verifying their accuracy against order sheets or pick lists, and preparing them for shipment. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately are essential in this role to ensure the right products are selected and packaged for delivery.We value individuals who are highly organized and have excellent time management skills. By efficiently picking orders and ensuring their proper packaging, you will contribute to the overall success of our warehouse operations and help maintain customer satisfaction.Whe looking for multiple people in different locations in The Netherlands.ResponsibilitiesLocate and select products from designated storage areasVerify accuracy of picked items against order sheets or pick listsPrepare picked products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labellingUse handheld scanners to aid in the picking processMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety guidelines and proceduresRequirementsPrior experience as an Order Picker or in a similar role is preferred, but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructionsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamFlexibility to work shifts and weekends if requiredBasic knowledge of EnglishBenefits(starting from) 13,27 euro per hour. 2317 euro gross monthly when working fulltime (40 hours).Vacation money, a 8 percent of yearly salary.After 4 weeks in shift, the salary goes higher.Help with organizing documents, transport and housing.5 month contract what automatically renews by good performing.All year work.
