Oracle Functional Consultant in Svitla Systems Inc.

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an Oracle Functional Consultant for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a specialized ICT company that focuses on designing solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers. They provide infrastructure, database, software, and integration solutions for business-critical environments using “Best of Breed” technologies. Their experience covers applications, databases, operating systems, servers, and storage technologies, translating into deep skill sets for consulting, integration, and managed services to create customized customer solutions. By building on the knowledge and expertise in IT infrastructure technologies, they have become a recognized leader in providing and managing specialized IT Infrastructure solutions. It is a privately held company based in Centurion, South Africa, and also operates in other African countries, including Namibia, Lesotho, and Swaziland.

The team uses the financial module from Oracle Business Suite and needs support for the product and recommendations on further improving current integrations and features.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS functional consulting, focusing on financials, procurement, and supply chain modules.
• Certified Oracle E-Business Suite Financial Management Specialist.
• Certified Oracle E-Business Suite Procurement Specialist.
• Understanding requirements gathering, business process mapping, configuration, testing, and training.
• Experience leading multiple successful Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades for clients in the mining, manufacturing, and utilities industries.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and processes.
• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and alignment with Oracle applications.
• Configure Oracle applications/modules based on business requirements and industry best practices. It includes setting up modules like Oracle Financials, Oracle HRMS, Oracle SCM, etc.
• Design Oracle-based solutions that address business needs and align with Oracle application capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define data migration strategies and ensure smooth data transition into Oracle applications.
