Requirements:

• Knowledge of Windows Server;
• Experience with incident management;
• Knowledge of PowerShell;
• Experience with IIS maintenance;
• Experience in git;
• Familiarity with Win monitoring/logging services;
• Communication level of English.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Docker;
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes;
• Basic knowledge of MsSQL;
• Experience with Active Directory management and GPO/Domain policies;
• Familiarity with Jenkins;
• Win firewall management;
• Basic knowledge of Networking;
• Basic knowledge of Server hardware;
• Understanding of Linux Update process;
• Orienting in Linux system logs;
• Familiarity with Atlassian products(Jira/Confluence);
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Work on Ops position;
• Ability to identify and find the root cause of the incident and delegate it to the responsible department;
• Playbooks’ flow;
• Incident management flow;
• Monitor alerts and resolve them(On-call scheduled shifts);
• Windows Server maintenance(patches, updates, etc.).
