What you will be doing:

• Working with existing and potential by the client over the phone or in writing;
• Consulting clients about the company's services;
• Fixing appeals from potential clients;
• Solving technical problems of existing clients.

If this is about you:

• Fluent in Ukrainian;
• Resistance to stress;
• Confident PC user, experience with CRM;
• Basic knowledge of network technologies, understanding of possible problems with Internet access and methods of solving them (MANDATORY);
• Clear diction and adherence to communication culture;
• Love to develop, learn and communicate a lot;
• Helping others brings you pleasure;
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and rules;
• Previous work experience in the field of service, call centers will also be an advantage.
