Job Description

We invite you to join the WebLab Technology team a highly skilled and detail-oriented PC operator to manage the client's internal CRM and CLM systems.

WebLab Technology is a distributed development team that adheres to the principles of remote work. We support stable medium and large businesses. The products developed by the team are used by corporations such as AstraZeneca, Emaar Properties, Novartis, Pfizer, ING, Philips and other clients from Europe and the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal CLM and CRM systems for ShamanGo.
• Manage Veeva Vault accounts.
• Plan and prioritize tasks on the Jira (Kanban) board.
• Communicate in English (directly and at joint meetings) with representatives of various departments, technical support, etc.
• Act as a liaison with the QA team regarding specific configurations and usage scenarios.
• Maintain documentation for new configurations (functions, clients).
• Generate reports.

Requirements :

• 1+ year experience in IT (QA, development, system administration , project management).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of Postman, REST, GraphQL, SQL, JSON.
• Good knowledge of Jira, Kanban, ChatGPT and Prompting.
• Developed analytical abilities.
• Documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and resolve issues.
• English language level B2 and above.
