The following interesting tasks await you:

• Communicating with customers who call the lifecell hotline.
• Providing advice on tariffs, services and promotions.
• Finding answers quickly and helping people in any situation.
• Creating a pleasant impression on everyone call.
• Fix the appeal in the system.

Calls are made via Internet telephony, on behalf of the company representative and at the expense of the company. We provide preliminary training, necessary software and support during the entire period of work.

We would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:

• Competent Ukrainian language.
• Availability of a PC or laptop, headset and stable internet.
• Empathy, sociability.
• Skills of logical and mathematical thinking.
• English is not mandatory, but will be an advantage and a plus to your salary.
