We are looking for team of the Call Center Operator online store.

Requirements:

• work experience in sales or in a call center
• good communication skills, good diction
• knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages
• interest to technology, knowledge of novelties
• 1C work skills
• activity, stress resistance, customer orientation.

Responsibilities:

• receiving incoming calls and placing orders
• consulting clients on product characteristics
• compliance with the Company's customer service standards
• working with non-cash orders
• support of completed orders and consulting customers on service issues
