Operator-editor YouTube in Ajax Systems

Ajax Systems is an international technology company, Europe's largest developer and manufacturer of Ajax security systems with smart home capabilities. This is a whole ecosystem of 180 devices, mobile and desktop applications, server infrastructure. Every year we demonstrate multiple growth both in the number of the team and in the number of users worldwide. Currently, the company has more than 4,100 employees. And Ajax sensors protect 3.5 million users in more than 187 countries of the world.

We are launching an ambitious project - the official Ajax Systems YouTube channel, which will become the main media for demonstrating products, instructions, customer and partner stories around the world. We are looking for an operator-installer who can shoot and edit videos in the signature style of Ajax. This is a role for someone who knows how to work both "in the field" (shooting products, interviews, demonstrations) and in the editing room (clean dynamic editing, color correction, graphics integration).

Areas of responsibility:

• Shooting product demos, instructions and demonstrations in the office and on locations.
• Light, sound and camera settings for each format.
• Video editing for YouTube: work with source material, cutting, color correction, voiceover.
• Integration of animated elements (together with a motion designer).
• Preparation of final videos in the required formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) for different platforms.
• Adherence to the brand style in the visual submissions.
• Close cooperation with the Youtube team and the internal Agency.

Main requirements:

• Experience as a cameraman and editor from 2 years (portfolio is mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Skills in Figma, After Effects (for integration graphics).
• Ability to work in a team and quickly adapt to tasks.
• Self-organization and attention to detail.
• Preferably English at a level not lower than Intermediate (for working with materials and instructions).

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in shooting technical or product-marketing videos.
• Ability to work with in various video formats
• Skills in creating simple animations/titles.
• Experience in working with props and organizing filming on locations.
