EVO — Ukrainian product IT company. We create marketplaces for online shopping and ordering services, where tens of thousands of entrepreneurs sell to millions of customers. And to make shopping convenient and safe, we are developing fintech and logistics.

About the team:

Our goal is to create an infofield that helps our projects achieve their business goals. To do this, we build relationships with journalists, bloggers, write articles, shoot videos, courses, video reviews, launch special projects and marathons; we hold forums, conferences and master classes. And we are responsible for the result. The team includes PR specialists, event specialists, and video production.

We produce interviews, digests, shoot simple commercials, etc. The team includes a team lead and two video content specialists. Together, they create the scripts, set up the studio, set up the lights, shoot, edit, create the animation, voice over, work on the field with our speakers, etc. In short, they do everything to make the video content creative and high-quality.

We are currently looking for a talented specialist in video content - an editor-operator who will help us implement and release cool and useful video projects.

What is important for this role:

• work experience of 2 years or more
• be able to work in Adobe Creative Cloud (package Adobe programs). Since the main editing work will take place right here
• passionately love your work and strive for perfection
• engage in self-education and be inclined to experiment
• be responsible for the final look of the video - product, understand that in the end only the result is important, not the process
• think critically, be able to analyze information, do not make the same mistakes
• be ok with what we will measure and will evaluate creative work with quite pragmatic KPIs
• understand and share EVO principles
• value your time and the time of colleagues

It will be an advantage:

• the ability to write script texts
• the ability to read the texts behind the frame
• the ability to adapt the texts to the video format

Tasks:

• take tasks in the form of a goal and propose effective solutions, as well as find, propose and test new formats
• prepare turnkey digests, informative videos, educational video courses, screencasts, interviews, cases - a full cycle of pre-production, shooting, post-production
• participation in the creation of a video series for a script plan or script. Find and propose ideas, improve existing approaches, change ineffective ones
• prepare location and equipment for shooting. Set the lights
• engage in staging on the set and direct shooting
• edit the video according to the script
• select audio tracks for sounding the video product
• create infographics and /or animations. Select ready-made animated graphics
