Your key tasks:
- Receive and process incoming requests for technical malfunctions, equipment failures, power supply issues, generator and UPS operations;
- Provide advice to store employees on technical processes, rules and instructions;
- Recording, classification and follow-up of appeals in CRM until complete resolution;
- Issuance and control of the execution of requests by contractors: repair, maintenance, emergency departures;
- Conducting outgoing calls to clarify details and check the performance of work;
- Analysis of repeated incidents and transfer of information to responsible units;
- Adherence to communication standards: clear, polite, structured presentation of information;
- Support of the company's positive image through high-quality internal service.
It will be great for us to work together if you:
- Have experience working in a contact center or technical support;
- Proficient in PC: Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, Outlook;
- You have experience working with CRM systems;
- You have technical literacy, understanding of the principles of operation of basic equipment;
- Responsible, stress-resistant and attentive to details;
- Able to quickly make decisions in non-standard situations;
- Ready to work effectively in multitasking conditions;
