Operator Contact Center in Fozzy group

Hello!

My name is Yana, I am looking for partners in the Fozzy Group Contact Center and I am looking for a new wizard.

I'll start with the main thing - our Contact Center has an important mission - to be a support for Guests and contribute to their happiness. Isn't it cool to give joy every day and make someone's life a little easier in such stormy times?

You have probably already heard about Fozzy Group. But I will make a couple of important facts:

we are a Ukrainian group of companies that has been working daily for Ukrainians for over 20 years

we are not only talking about the legendary buckwheat baguette (although it is divine, yes).

Our businesses are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, sports spaces, delivery service, dry cleaning, travel agency and our own IT company (the list is incomplete J). 

Our goal is to create WOW impressions and preach the cult of hospitality.

What will you do: 

You will be a reliable bridge between our businesses and Guests, skillfully juggling tips on where to run and what to do.

You will become an indispensable guide to the world of Fozzy Group for our Guests and you will know the answers to questions better than Siri, Google and Wiki.

In simple words and without metaphors: you will answer the requests of Guests who will come to the Hotline.

All this in phone conversations, correspondence and chats with Guests.  

And who is our superhero or superheroine?  

You like talking to people, and the phrases “establish contact”, “empathy” and “active listening” do not cause panic.

You will be able to catch a common wave with both an energetic grandmother and a melancholic teenager.

Your Ukrainian is bright, you don't scribble, but you write in chats without mistakes (well, at least without those that would make a philologist cry).

You can hold a lot of information in your head or you can find it quickly (even if you do it with memory vitamins, we already admire J.

You are good at computers and can type more than four words in 30 seconds.

 And why should such a star choose us?  

Chackle wherever you want: even from the cherry orchard around the house, even from under the blanket accompanied by the cat J.

Self-regulation of load: you choose the number of provided services yourself. 

The income depends on you: your payment depends on the number of services provided and the Guest's feedback.
