Basic requirements: experience of working as a contact center operator of a medical profile will be an advantage; high level of communication skills, ability to work in a team; fluency in the Ukrainian language ; experience working with the CRM system; active life position, focus on the result. Main duties: registering patients with doctors in telephone mode (incoming calls); providing information about clinic services; interaction with other structural units; entering information into the CRM system.
