Responsibilities: Fulfillment of SDR activity standards: the number of calls and chats to potential customers; according to three scenarios: 1) Invitation to the chat; 2) Arrangement of a call at a specified time; 3) Transition of the patient to the Bookimed app; Qualification of the client according to medical need (to understand which team to transfer to) Management of the CRM system and reporting. Requirements: Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, English (B1 and above). Communication skills (encourage, persuade, build trusting relationships). Willingness to help people. Speed, proactivity. Will be an advantage: Medical education (possibly in the process). Experience in sales. Understanding of demand and the ability to select the most suitable offers. Experience with the CRM system.
