Factory operator

City of work: Bor (Bor).

Responsibilities:

- work on the production line of car seats for BMW, quality control;

- maintaining cleanliness at the workplace.

Requirements:

- Men or couples aged 18 to 50;

- Good physical shape and developed hand motility;

- Passing a math and logic test (the test is simple).

Salary:

• Base rate: 154.00 kroner/hour gross.

• Bonus system: personal assessment up to 20%, team bonus up to 17%, attendance bonus up to 2446.00 kroner.

• Additional allowances for night, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.

Average salary per month net 25,000 kroner (including bonuses)

Work schedule:

- 3 shifts of 7.5 paid working hours + 0.5 hours for lunch;

- Shifts: 6:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00, 22:00 - 6:00;

Weekly working time pool: 37.5 hours. Shifts alternate weekly.

- Night bonus: 10% of salary

- Bonuses in the afternoon, weekends, holidays and overtime.

Transport and accommodation:

• organized transport to work (120 crowns/shift deducted from salary);

• free accommodation or compensation for own accommodation up to 3000 kroner/month;

• free uniform and shoes, medical examination.

Vacation and other benefits:

• vacation: 187.5 hours per year.

• summer and winter bonuses, vacation allowance up to 10,000 kroner.

Documents: ready temporary protection in the Czech Republic or candidates who will receive protection (condition: after the start of the war, candidates could not stay outside of Ukraine for more than 1 month in total).
