What you will do:- Accept and process applications from our clients;- Coordinate the delivery process; - Keep track of orders, monitor their fulfillment; - Solve current technical and organizational issues of orders; - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to their requests and offers. Necessary experience: - Experience in the field of customer service or processing applications will be a big plus; - Ability to work with a computer and MS Office programs, 1C; - High attention to detail and the ability to work in conditions of a high pace of work; - Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
