Responsibilities: Work in the 1C:8.3 program (income and expense invoices, movement, return of goods, mutual settlements, balances, etc.); Preparation of a package of documents for shipment of orders; Preparation and filling of contracts; Processing of orders from sales representatives; Reconciliation with customers in telephone mode; Cooperation with logisticians; Keeping registers of contracts, reconciliations, etc. Ability to work with a large amount of information; Requirements: Higher education; Skills in working with primary documentation; Skills in working with computers and office equipment; Skills in working with programs: MS Office Excel, 1C: 8.3; Neatness, attentiveness, discipline, stress resistance; We offer: Stability and comfortable working conditions in a young creative team.
