Operations Team Lead in bolt

And it's all thanks to our people.Everyone's welcome at Bolt, regardless of race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.We’re on a mission to make cities for people, not cars, and we need you to make it happen!About The RoleAs an Operations Team Lead, you will manage the workload, processes, and tasks of the Operations Coordinators assigned to you, as well as coordinate the work of outsourced agents in relation to the defined processes.You will also be involved in interacting with employees from other teams, both local and global, to launch and deploy certain functions or processes related to ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of our service in Ukraine.Main tasks and responsibilities:Distribute tasks according to existing processes for the Operations Coordinators team.Organize new processes when they appear that should be performed by the team (create manuals, launch processes, thack performance and quality).Actively participate in discussions or changes to processes and functions within the team's area of responsibility. Analyze possible consequences, think through and ensure deployment.Ensure coordination and continuity of processes performed by your clients and interaction between internal and outsource employees.Organize and support all people management processes (conducting feedback sessions, evaluations, performance reviews, organizing extracurricular activities for the team within the framework of the company's approaches). First and foremost, be a partner for your employees.About you:You have an understanding of and feel for the personalities of team relationships, understand the peculiarities of managing people.You are ready to pay attention to your mentees and organize their work so that their work is fair and balanced and produces the expected results.You are ready to be responsible for the results and quality of work performed by your employees.You can coordinate multiple tasks among a large number of people (10+).Love and know how to effectively communicate, including in a multicultural and multilingual environment (Ukrainian and English are required as basic languages for the position).Experience is great, but we also look for drive, intelligence, and integrity.
