Operations specialist (Warsaw) in Ajax Systems

We are currently seeking an Operational Specialist for the Business Development Department in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and/or technical support for contract administration, customer service and order history.

• Assists the Business Development Manager in growing of sales.

• Registers and transfers contracts to the business development manager, prepares presentations, works in 1C and the Jira task manager.

• Manages the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with the logistics and production departments.

• Supports the business development manager in developing new and expanding existing relationships with customers needs.

• Responds to customer requests.

• Develops strong relationships with customers, maintaining a high level of service.

• Deepens knowledge of all systems used to work with customers.

Requirements:

• Secondary specialized or higher education (preferably: economics, logistics, administration).

• Very good knowledge of Ukrainian and Polish languages.

• English at the communicative level will be an advantage.

• Soft skills: attention to numbers and order, responsibility, stress resistance, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, orientation to results, understanding the importance of providing the highest level of service to the client.

• Hard skills: experience working with ERP systems (1C, SAP, Comarch ERP will be an advantage), confident mastery of Excel / Google Sheets.

• Prior experience working with clients and maintaining documentation.
