Operations specialist for the Security and IT Department. in Avis

We invite you to our team Avis - the leader of the international car rental and leasing market. We are looking for an Operations Specialist for the Security and IT Department.

Your key tasks:

Fuel control

• Monitoring fuel consumption via fuel cards.
• Reconciliation of balances, detection and analysis of inappropriate fuel use.
• Reporting on mileage and efficiency of use vehicles.

Assist system administrator

• Primary user support: setting up mail, installing software.
• Connecting workplaces.
• Interaction with Internet and telephony providers.
• Administration of office equipment (laptops, monitors, telephones).
• Ensuring smooth operation of printers and MFPs (replacement of cartridges, interaction with service centers for equipment repair).

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Technical literacy: understanding of how a PC and office network are arranged.
• Work experience: working with Excel and databases.
• Personal qualities: high integrity (control function), attentiveness and willingness to quickly switch between tasks.
