Operations Specialist in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international food IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for Operations Manager.

Howly is a marketplace for professional online consultations. We plan to revolutionize the online consulting industry and become a personal pocket expert. Howly provides fast, personalized and accessible answers to users' questions, and for experts it creates an opportunity to effectively apply their knowledge, experience and time.

< strong style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700">What challenges await:

—organization and ownership of the supply hiring process outside of Ukraine (who, where and how to hire), in the future, the potential opportunity to close the entire area of ​​external supply

— search and implementation of initiatives to create additional value for users

— organization of the process of attracting and processing user reviews on review platforms, maintaining high ratings (coordination of the work of both freelancers and related departments)

—analytical approach to solving issues
—can-do attitude and business orientation
—experience in building and managing processes/projects
—level of English proficiency intermediate+

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation charity fund from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
