Operations Project Manager in Kasta

FC "Artua" is part of the financial infrastructure of one of the largest Ukrainian e-commerce projects - Kasta. We are developing a super application that combines e-commerce with next-generation financial services.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Project Manager who will take full responsibility for managing processes, projects, automation, development of business functions.

This is a position for an experienced, responsible and proactive specialist who will ensure coordinated work business processes, will support the implementation of internal projects and will become a key link between accounting, IT, lawyers, compliance and the risk function.

Your main responsibilities

• Coordination of projects: launch of the Credit Register, construction of payment processes, preparation for acquiring, etc.;
• Support of internal processes: regulation, documentation, update of procedures;
• Preparation of technical tasks for IT, participation in testing, acceptance of results;
• Monitoring the consistency of business processes between divisions (accounting, IT, lawyers, compliance);
• Analysis of operational risks, control of compliance with regulations;
• Helping the team in reporting, data mapping, correctness checking.

 What we expect from the candidate

• Working experience in a financial company or bank is mandatory (from 2 years);
• Real project management experience (as a Project Manager or coordinator);
• Ability to write TOR, create tables, process maps, formulas in Excel;
• Understanding the regulatory environment of non-banking institutions or banks;
• Basic understanding of the accounting and legal context;
• Willingness to work with hands, check data, test, document;
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, communication skills between departments.

Will be a plus

• Experience of participation in submitting reports to the Credit Register or supporting the formation of packages;
• Work experience in internal audit / risk management / financial monitoring;
• Knowledge of the specifics of acquiring or factoring projects;
• Participation in the company's preparation for licensing or NBU inspections;
