Operations/medical director at the medical center in Soltan Medikal, Diagnostichniy centr

In connection with the opening of a new medical center in Chernivtsi, we are looking for an operating / medical director to join the team.

Employment format:

Full-time official employment, 5-6 day work week, with 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Key responsibilities:

• ??Analysis of the efficiency of the center,
  implementing improvements, strengthening the brand.
• ??Control of compliance with requirements NSHU, implementation of changes in the work of the center.
• ??Organization and support of the work of the medical team (including mentoring).
  
• ??Standardization of existing methods
  and launch of new services (coordinated with the central office). 
• normal">Requirements:
  • ??Higher education (medical or economic).
  ??Management in medicine as part of education (courses, specialization or second higher) will be a big plus.? management from 2 years or high motivation to develop in the management direction. 
  • Valid health care organization and management certificate for the medical director.

  Hard skills:

  • ??Knowledge of valid medical and labor of legislation.
    
  • ??Confident PC user (Word, Excel).
  • ??Knowledge of NSHU standards, licensing conditions, regulatory procedures.
    

  Soft skills:

  • ??Leadership qualities, analytical thinking, strategic approach.
  • ??Ability to organize, motivate, adapt modern approaches.
