Our client is a charitable foundation that since 2011 has been helping children and women in difficult life circumstances and is looking for an Operations Manager. The foundation has implemented more than 70 projects aimed at the protection and development of Ukrainian children, helped more than 3,000 children with treatment and carried out more than 5,000 children's dreams The largest project of the fund is a unique modern shelter that can shelter more than 400 people, it is a space of unconditional protection and support, which is especially important in the conditions of war in Ukraine. Tasks and responsibilities: Development and implementation of the operational strategy of the fund and its projects. Coordination of daily operations processes, including financial, administrative, logistical and procurement operations. Search and implementation of solutions to improve the efficiency of the fund. Management of resources and their optimization. Control of compliance with budgets and distribution of financial resources. Establishing and maintaining relations with partners, donors and other stakeholders Coordination of the team and ensuring effective communication between all project participants. Reporting on the activities of the fund to management and donors. Skills and abilities: 5 years of experience in operational management. English language level - Upper-Intermediate. Ability to ensure effective control and implementation of current tasks high level of operational loading. Experience in personnel management and the ability to work in a team. Strategic and systemic thinking, a high level of responsibility, organization, multitasking. The desire to help and make the world a better place. What we offer: Official employment.
