Operations Manager (with knowledge of Chinese) in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Regional Operations Manager Asia to raise the bar of results together.

Challenges that await this roles: Asia is a region that combines different countries and cultures. The region is currently in a phase of active diversification, which leads to the constant complication of tasks while maintaining the highest quality standards.

The role combines Business Development and Operations: it requires the ability to synchronize the strategic vision of the business with the flawless adjustment of operational processes to achieve sustainable performance. It is important for the Regional Operations Manager to be able to carefully analyze data, identify points of improvement to maintain the high standards of the platform in conditions of rapid growth.

Efficient Communication

• Chinese language C1 (daily oral and written communication with the team)
• English B2+ (daily communication with stakeholders outside China)

Work Schedule

• Interaction in the time slot 08:00-17:00 (CET/Warsaw time).
