Skills and Qualifications Required:

1. 2 years of experience in a similar position.
2. High level of leadership qualities and management skills.
3. Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.

6. Knowledge and experience in Lean implementation will be an advantage.

Your duties in this position will be:

1. Implementation of developed plans and company strategy.
2. Operational management of business processes (their description, optimization and systematization) within the entire company
3. Coordination of work between all divisions
4. Monitoring the implementation of plans and performance indicators.
5. Ensuring efficient use of resources and optimizing operational processes.
6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

8. Improving the efficiency of production and operationsprocesses.
9. Solving operational problems and minimizing risks.
10. Preparation of reports and analysis of operational indicators for the CEO of the company.
