The Rulka supermarket chain is one of the leading producers of meat products in Ukraine, which is included in the top-10 national producers of sausage and meat products.
We are developing, opening new stores and creating stable workplaces where everyone can realize their potential.

In connection with the expansion, we are looking for an Operations Manager who will help ensure effective operation of retail outlets and team development.

Your main tasks:

1. Personnel management

• Monitoring the work of regional managers and departments.

• Selection, training and development of store managers.

• Setting goals and monitoring their implementation.

• Forming a cohesive team, reducing staff turnover.

• Adhering to corporate standards and implementing operational projects.

2. Inventory management

• Control of the layout of goods according to standards and planograms.

• Analysis of balances and prevention of shortages or surpluses.

• Organization of inventories and analysis of results.

• Tracking of market trends and competitive environment.

3. Financial and economic control

• Budget planning of stores.

• Control of costs, write-offs and product losses.

• Optimization of operational processes to increase efficiency.

• Analysis of financial indicators and growth in profitability.

4. Interaction and reporting

• Preparation of reports for the operations director.

• Coordination with other company services.

• Participation in improving management processes.

5. Development and scaling

• Participation in the opening of new retail outlets.

• Ensuring stable, profitable operation of existing stores.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position or in the retail sector from 2 years.

• Strategic planning and analytical thinking skills.

• Leadership qualities, the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Understanding financial indicators and inventory management principles.

• High level of organization and responsibility.
