• Organizes a full-fledged process of new construction objects;
• Justifies development goals in financial terms, makes calculations, provides commercial and analyzes the competitive environment;
• Works in an existing team and with new personnel (from search to training and control);
• Implements any business project or management task at the organizational and operational level;
• Preparation of reports on the work performed.

Salary level (fixed and variable part) depends on your skills and is discussed at the interview.
