Operations manager remotely in 4E CONSULTING

Our client is a Ukrainian manufacturer of flavorings for vapes. For 7 years, the company has been producing collections of high-quality aromas, which are a real taste embodiment of aesthetics. 

Due to business expansion, our client is looking for an OPERATIVE MANAGER (remote work format).

< strong style="font-weight: 700">Experience, knowledge and skills you need:

• work experience in a similar field or in the field of accounting (accountant, accountant) from 1 year.
• experience in CRM systems is desirable.
• sufficient keyboard typing speed.
• li>skills for working with prepared answers, using mind maps.
• good communication skills, the ability to work in a team, attention to details and a responsible attitude to tasks.
• attention and organization.
• skills in handling objections.
• experience in drawing up contracts, invoicing.

Your main functional responsibilities:

• reception and processing of customer orders.
• customer consultations.
• tracking of orders until their implementation.
• processing of returns and complaints from customers.
• ensuring the fulfillment of the target indicators of the assigned direction.
• notifying customers about new products;
• expanding the range and number of orders of existing customers.
• li>CRM management.

• trial period — 1 month;
• stable salary of UAH 12,000-17,000, the salary consists of the rate and the bonus part;
