Operations Manager (R&D) in Everstar

Now we are looking for an Operations Manager for our client - one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine.

The team focuses on constantly improving the characteristics of the boards, using new approaches and technologies. Own production facilities allow you to quickly implement changes and ideas.

Needed skills and experience:

• Experience in the position operations manager, junior project manager or junior business analyst from 1 year.
• Understanding the principles construction and optimization of business processes.
• Ability to independently organize one's work, initiative, responsibility.
• Result orientation and the ability to bring tasks to completion.
• Experience in working with corporate systems - Google Workspace, Excel, Jira, Confluence

Future responsibilities:

• Optimization of internal processes in cooperation with production, R&D teams
• Coordination of projects - planning, tracking progress, control of deadlines.
• Collection, analysis and consolidation of data from various sources.
• Control of timely collection and return of primary documentation
• Interaction with departments to ensure consistency of processes and smooth operational activity.
• Formation of recommendations for improving business processes and increasing their efficiency.
• Organization of company product testing
• Interaction with other departments to solve common problems
• Interaction with drivers and equipment carriers
