This role requires a proactive leader with a solid background in administration, ready to drive efficiency and excellence. As the Ops Manager, you will oversee and streamline day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and effective management of our organization. Join us to play a pivotal role in shaping our operational success!Responsibilities:Organize and manage the entire CRM/ClickUp system.Incorporate companies and handle processing/gateway openings.Set up business bank accounts globally, ensuring compliance with local regulations.Prepare and file necessary documentation for company formation.Coordinate with international banks and financial institutions.Maintain accurate records of all company formations and bank account details.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Liaise with legal, financial, and governmental entities.Provide administrative support for other business operations.Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency in company formation and bank account setup.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience in an administrative role focused on company formation and bank account setup.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Expertise in utilizing ClickUp and CRM systems.Strong communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.High level of reliability and integrity.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Self-driven and proactive.Preferred Requirements:Multilingual abilities.Willing to work in the Dubai time zone.Background in accounting roles.Willing to go the extra mile.Fluency in English.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Professional development opportunities.How to apply:Would you love to work in a dynamic environment where boredom is not the word of the day?
