How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
• develop and implement a project development strategy to achieve set KPIs
• conduct deep analytics, search for insights, growth areas at all stages of the funnel
• form a value proposition for the product based on user needs , using marketing and product communication channels
• ability to develop and implement strategies for attracting finances and developing partnerships
• participate in the development and implementation of a communication and marketing plan
• organize team work and mentor specialists
• analyze the effectiveness of implemented projects and generate reports
• effectively manage the team's resources, including planning and controlling the use of the budget

Challenges for six months:
• analyze the Inclusive project and determine development zones for 2024-2025
• develop strategy for achieving project goals
• build an effective team structure
• set up regular reporting and analyze the effectiveness of implemented projects
• achieve the set KPIs for project business performance

To achieve results, you will need:
• 2+ years of experience in the positions of Lead/Head of the project
• 5+ years of professional experience — experience working with various communication channels
• experience in effective team management and strategic project management
• ability to work in a dynamic environment
• communication and presentation skills
• experience in budget management and planning
• understanding of business social responsibility and inclusive initiatives
• knowledge of trends in social financing projects
