Main responsibilities:
- Coordinating the work of the Telesales department
- Supporting customer acquisition strategies through phone calls and other telecommunications channels at the company’s current performance level
- Ensuring the achievement of sales and department conversion goals
- Training and developing team members, monitoring their performance, and providing feedback
- Analyzing sales data and metrics to identify optimization opportunities and improve efficiency
Expected Results:
- Familiarization with instructions and processes
- Tracking feedback from employees and clients to make suggestions for improving the company’s customer service
- Reducing the time employees spend on Available status
- Maintaining Push to App/Deal conversion
Professional Qualifications:
- Higher education
- Experience in sales department management, preferably in the telecommunications sector, for at least 5 years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and use it for decision-making
- Leadership qualities and ability to motivate and develop a team
- Result-oriented with the ability to work under stress
- Proficiency in English at level A2 or B1 (Spanish is an advantage)
