Operations Manager / Process Manager at Forward Tex in Gladchenko M.M., FOP

Forward Tex is a Chernihiv full-cycle sewing production. We create knitted clothes, work with complex techniques (silk printing, embroidery, distress) and have our own design department.

Today we are at the stage of transformation: scaling the B2B direction and preparing the launch of our own B2C brand. For this, we need a systematic and responsible Operations Manager.

What is your main task? To build a transparent and efficient order and customer management system. Lead and control processes, build system work on projects. The result of your work should be a clearly built mechanism for working on orders, clients, organizing work on various projects from catalog filling to order fulfillment control.

What you will do:

• CRM systematization: Setup of sales funnel logic, control of card filling, automation of reminders. 

• Customer experience management: Coordination of work with existing partners and control of processing of new requests. Creation of standards (scripts) and quality control of answers.

• Product and Knowledge Base: Help in creating and maintaining an up-to-date product catalog, prices and internal instructions.

• Coordination of processes: Communication between the sales department, managers and production. Organization of work with contractors.

We are looking for you if you:

• Have experience in managing projects or operational processes for at least 2 years.

• Fluent in CRM systems and Google Sheets (analytics is your strong point).

• Able to structure chaos and bring things to a logical conclusion completion.

• Pedantic to details and demanding to quality standards.

• You have negotiation skills and write clear instructions.
