Operations manager, process coordinator in KopiBum

The KopiBum network of operational printers is looking for an operational manager / process coordinator who will take over the organization of the company's internal processes and take over operational tasks from the manager. The key need is to provide results!

What we offer:

• Salary: rate 20,000 UAH + bonuses for KPI (total income 35,000-40,000 hryvnia);
• schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00, lunch 30 min;

Responsibilities:

• coordination of work schedules, days off and vacations;
• control of discipline and compliance with rules;
• organization of substitutions, meetings, corporate events;
• orders stationery and consumables;
• control of balances, inventory;
• preparation of payments to suppliers;
• control of payments (rent, utilities, internet);
• work with invoices, contracts ("Timely");
• selection of resumes, interviews, organization of internships;
• control of standards of order and cleanliness;
• update of prices on the website and in the accounting system;
• administrative support of the manager.

Requirements:

• experience working as an operations manager / office manager / administrator;
• systematic, attentive to details;
• willingness to take responsibility for the result;
• ability to organize people and processes;
• confident use of Google Docs / MS Office, knowledge of CRM is welcome.
