• Experience as a manager in the field of online education/info products (required).

• Experience scaling and growing team operations for a team of 10 to 50 people.

• Willingness and ability to quickly make smart decisions.

• Focus on clear business goals

• Participation in the development and implementation of the school development strategy;

• Development/optimization and implementation of business processes of the Educational part;

• Cross-team project management

What is important for us in a candidate:

• Experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager (mandatory criterion) in a similar business;

• Experience in managing processes, teams and projects (needs an understanding of the specifics of the field of education);

• Understanding modern educational technologies and methods

• Ability to work in a team and high organization;

• Confidential knowledge of learning platforms; /span>

• The ability to effectively manage a team and coordinate work with other company departments;

• Excellent communication skills and stress resistance.
