Operations manager of the retail network (4 stores) in Life Vision

Location: Kyiv, center

A chain of specialty stores (4 locations) is looking for an operating a manager who will be the key link between the business owner and the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of store management experience

"Interpret" the owner's vision into reality and concrete actions

Feel comfortable in an unstructured environment

• You know how to structure chaos and make it simple

• Responsibility, discipline and attention to detail

• Readiness to make decisions and bear responsibility

Systematic thinking and leadership qualities

Your tasks

Store Management

• Operational management of 4 stores

• Working with store administrators and sales managers

• Influence the implementation of sales plans and quality of service

• Maintaining stable quality of service

• Manage a team of ~20 people

Communication with the owner

• Regular communication with the owner - daily synchronization

• Accumulation and transfer of information to the owner of the company

• Transforming the overall vision into clear tasks for the team

• Promptly solve current issues: sometimes 5-10 per day

• Clarifying priorities and fixing agreements

Processes and standards

• Implementation and maintenance of simple, clear regulations

• Optimization of operational processes without excessive bureaucracy

• Control of the implementation of rules and procedures

Control and analytics

Detecting issues before they become critical

• Monitoring key metrics

Preparation of clear reports
