We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Media Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating relatively small projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing content schedules.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Onboarding and Support:
- Email & Meet with clients to understand their needs and help them onboard.
- Schedule and receive content for publishing on our media platforms.
- Provide clients with feedback and updates on their content.
- Liaise with the content team to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
- Provide clients with links to their published content.

- Communication and Reminders:
- Remind clients about upcoming content deadlines and remaining package features.
- Maintain regular communication with clients about ongoing projects to ensure their satisfaction.
- Operational Tasks:
Requirements
- Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Project Management, Language studies, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- 1- 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, customer service, project coordination, or a similar field.
- Experience in an English-speaking environment and remote collaboration is a highly preferred.
- Previous knowledge or interest in AI is appreciated but not required.
