Head of facilities (cleaning)

Main responsibilities:

• Organization and control of work at facilities;
• Management of authorized personnel: Selection, training, adaptation of personnel, team formation, personnel control;
• Establishment of long-term relationships with customers;
• Work with budgets and estimates;
• Quality control of work execution in accordance with service contracts;
• Maintenance of documentation and internal reporting.

• Level s/p - 30,000 + ;
• Working schedule: 5/2, Mon-Fri;

Requirements:

• Own a car and category B licenses
• Experience in personnel management in an administrative position from 2 years;
• Organizational skills;
• Experience of working with people;
• High level of communication, experience in negotiations;
• Working in a multitasking system, mobility, readiness for traveling work;
• Systemic and analytical thinking, assertiveness, ability to work, the ability to compromise, rationalizing abilities.
