We are currently scaling one of the businesses—Liven—and building an Operations team from scratch. You will be the first Operations Manager and a person who will work across all operational areas of the business: Support, Payments, Reputation. The main business challenge is maintaining operational efficiency in the conditions of scaling. Liven is a company that creates products for forming useful habits and improving mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We provide users with all the necessary information so that they can better understand their problems, as well as tools to solve these pains. We launched the business at the beginning of 2023 and also confirmed its success - we found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling up to the size of a large business. Every new employee can now become the head of his field, everything depends only on you and your ambitions. Therefore, as an Operations Manager, you can develop in many directions, choose a specific one or lead them all. Examples of challenges that await you in this role:—Building an in-house support team (usually a team of 50+ people);—Ownership of internal processes related to the work of the support team, their automation and optimization ;—Creating the embodiment of a strategy to increase the Reputation of the product and the Internet space. You will work directly with the CEO of the project and you will have a unique opportunity to join a successful startup in the most interesting period of formation, you will go through the "0to1" path together with a super-strong team. It is important for us:—From 2 years of experience in similar positions or operational management;—We will also be glad to meet proactive sweaters with fundamental experience in large systemic companies in the fields of FMCG, Finance, Consulting, Audit;—A cool career track, you grow quickly and don’t plan to stop;—Analytical thinking, use of metrics to optimize work;—Helicopter view of planning in business downturns . You can assess the situation in the long-term perspective, predict bottlenecks, have a holistic understanding of business operations;—The possibility to visit the office in a smart hybrid format in Kyiv or Warsaw;—Critical and systemic thinking.
