  • Preparation and editing of contracts, acts, report cards (together with responsible departments).
  • Storage and systematization of documents in digital archives.
  • Preparation of presentations, commercial proposals and internal materials.

4. Communication

  • Communication with heads of units and facilities regarding the tasks and priorities set by the director.
  • Working contacts with clients within the scope of assignments.
  • Maintenance of work chats and coordination of information flows.

5. Analytical and managerial support

  • Collection of statistics on personnel, costs, facilities, financial data (within access limits).

Requirements for the candidate:
