Job Title:Operational Manager/Head of a Group of Companies

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Operations manager/head of a group of companies will play a key role in realizing our mission, ensuring effective management and optimization of operational functions in various spheres of activity, including social projects, construction, service and security. You will work closely with the visionary and top management to implement our strategies and initiatives.

Basic areas of responsibility and tasks:

• Operational management: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiency.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution and evaluation of projects, programs and initiatives.
• Leadership: Lead the management team by developing a culture of collaboration and high standards.
• Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure responsible budgeting and financial discipline .
• Interaction with partners: Build and maintain relationships with partners and other stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement effective solutions.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, minimizing operational risks.
