Operations manager, head (e-commerce) in SmallPrice

SmallPrice is a 5-year journey from a small online store in 2019 to one of the leaders of e-commerce wow products in Ukraine. We are actively growing and have tens of thousands of new satisfied customers every month, but we want to have even more, so we are looking for an efficient and active Operations Manager. In our candidate, we definitely want to see: Successful experience of working as an online store manager, operations manager, project manager in the field of digital, e-commerce, retail from 3 years; Experience in effective team management, setting tasks and management efficiency; Experience in compiling and submitting reports; Understanding how the site and e-commerce work in general; Excellent communication and organizational skills, activity, the ability to quickly get involved in the process and work on the result; The level of English language proficiency is not lower than the Intermediate level. Key tasks: Operational management and coordination of team work, including adaptation of training; setting goals for tasks (a team of 15 employees); monitoring the performance of key indicators by department employees; compiling reports that reflect the efficiency of department work; working with contractors. We can offer you: Salary, which consists of a rate and KPI, payments without delays. Work schedule 5/ 2 (Mon.-Fri.) from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., break — 1 h.
